Iceberg lettuce

Iceberg lettuce is a popular green vegetable in cuisine and originated in Europe and Asia. Iceberg lettuce is light green, the inside of the leaves is white, each leaf is wide and thick, disc-shaped and arranged in a round layer. Often used as raw vegetables in salads, sandwiches, or as ingredients for dishes.
